Create Viral PDF Software

I need a new versions of the following software creating [login to view URL] It comes in two parts - The PDF Signer which takes an Open Office Word doc and creates a rebrandable PDF embedded in a .exe file The PDF Rebrander which allows the user to substitute pre-defined affiliate links in the PDF for their own affiliate links and create a rebranded version of the PDF We have the graphics and example Word docs ready to test. We do not require the licensing or foreign language modules of this software. Please state your estimated timescale for completing this project - we need a quick solution.
