Convert E-commerce Site from HTML Java to Magento

Hi, I am looking for an expert in Magento shopping cart. I have an online e-commerce site currently running on html java. Here is the link for the site: www.happytrampoline.com. I want everything copied over to a new Magento site, making sure all url's to stay the same, nothing to change on URL. This site is currently fully seo'd. I pay alot of money to have it optimized every month, so it is imperative that change-over will not jeopardize my optimization. The reason for the overhaul is my current site [login to view URL] doesn't have a built-in (first person) payment module. It goes to a 3rd party payment shopping cart. New site needs to have SSL, complete functionality with admin panel and content management system. Site needs to be fully functional for shopping cart and looks identical to current site. If you have another shopping cart in mind that is less susceptible to being hacked, seo friendly, and friendly to use with admin panel, I am open for suggestions.
