Seeking : Script Programmer for Load Testing We are a startup business working on a baseball simulation social game and are currently seeking a freelance programmer capable of writing an original script for load testing. The script must be able to run with parameters such as varying the number of users (ie, simulating 1,000+ users activities simultaneously). Our game consists of multiple simulations and auctions happening simultaneously and we will need separate load testers for both the simulated games and the auctions. We will provide you with the API’s in pdf files. The test bot (lightweight desired) to test the server load which works on java websockets. It’s a game server and test-bot should imitate the user’s activity. The game server is responsible for 2 things: Auction server and Game simulator. The script for load testing should simulate user activity in parallel. Number of simulated users should be set as a parameter at program startup. It should be possible to set number of users for simulator and number of users for auction separately. Also it should be possible to select to perform load testing only for auction or game simulator or both. The program should log output data related with system performance. It should be possible to start simulation gradually or immediately (for example by gradually i mean: first 1 user connects, then 2, then 4, etc until desired amount is reached). Overview: General steps of how the script should behave from start to finish - 1. Get list of games/auctions from redis server. 2. Use communication PROTOCOL to send requests to the gameserver to connect to desired game or auction. 3. Start simulating activity of the game until it finishes. 4. Close connection The API may change if needed. The API can be taken from java classes or can be sent explicitly described in another document if needed. *should be based (can be discussed) in script language / simple and easy to use!

Hello there! :) I'd love an opportunity to work on your project since it looks very interesting and I enjoy working with startups. I have over 10 years of experience with developing various software using huge number of technologies so I'm pretty confident that I can deliver industrial strength software for you in no time :) I can do it in several languages, using couple of different frameworks, just let me know how would you like it to be done. One multithreaded process, multiple processes with one as a master or some other way? Feel free to contact me if you consider accepting my bid or have any additional questions. :) Best Regards, Srdjan
