I need to extract data from Wikidata and I need 1 or more Java scripts that can do that. The tool to use is Wikidata Toolkit and has all the example files for different extractions included ([login to view URL]). I want to be able to have the ability to run the script in eclipse and also do the small changes by myself such as change the parameters; for example : extract all the labels and the descriptions in english, or extract all data that is instance of human (q5) and has gender (p21) of male (Q6581097). Also The script needs to have the ability to save the output in JSON format (see [login to view URL]). For any reference you can see all the code in the above link with different examples.

Hi, I have used Java both on Freelancer and to implement my own projects on Android. I have not used this API before, but it seems to be a Java API for querying the Wikidata database, as is evident in the Wikidata-Toolkit documentation. Although I don't typically use Maven as I generally prefer Ant, I have used it before to build projects in Eclipse since it was required for work. Several example Java source files are available that describe how to query attributes / entities from documents in the Wikidata repository. I would likely use them as a basis for the implementation you describe.
