Auctions website with Simulcast.

Please see the attached zip file which contains a word doc and user manuals to show you what we are looking for. Please bid with your monthly availability in hours. You will be required to be online via Skype and/or Team viewer and work with a team to complete this project. We are looking for 1-2 individuals to work on this project. Must know Mercurial for managing the code base. If you are unable to be on Skype and/or Team viewer during our business hours of 10AM - 6PM PST please do not bid on this project. It is mandatory that you are on Skype and/or Team viewer so we can check on progress. We will be using an Agile approach and assigning sprints to each area of the site. Please be familiar with Agile development. Needs the following skills to apply: Codeigniter MySQL Ajax JavaScript C# (Excellent knowledge in this language is needed) Simulcast Video Broadcasting SaaS This will be an on-going project and can last anywhere from 1-3 months. Please provide examples of your work in PM when applying. We are looking to pay between $8-10 an hour for this work.
