Convert Animated GIFs to Javascript Format & Combine to Slideshow

We have three simple (3) animated GIF files that we like to have programmed into JAVAscript format. Once the animation is programmed, we want to combine all three animation into a endless loop slideshow controlled by three (3) scroll dots. This slideshow must work in all popular browsers: IE6 to IE9, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. NO FLASH. We need this slideshow to work on mobile devices.
