Caterer Portal

I am working on creating a asp.net website for caterer portal. The idea is to create a data driven website with details of various caterers and their services in the backend sql database. Each caterer will have a dashboard which they can use to manage their contents, calendar, contact management and other general admin related stuff. In addition to this, there will be a site admin to manage the overall content and all the caterers. I am just looking for templates for the website. I have the backend table all setup and I can add the data from the database to the template once I have the template. I need all the documentations on how to use the templates as in, if I need to make changes in the future, I should refer the documentation and do it myself. If I am satisfied with the template, I can even hand over the rest of the projects to the one who does this project for me. Thanks, Madhan
