CODE Facebook Fan Page & FIX Cross Browser Issues on Website

I need someone to fix some cross browser compatibility issues on a homepage in IE. There are only about 3 issues I've seen in IE 7, I haven't viewed the other browsers (don't have the other versions of IE). So far it's the links are positioned in the wrong place in the footer, the footer image has disappeared, and some text on a form has shifted, also the transparent image in the menu has disappeared.. those were IE & Issues I've saw. You'll need to have the ability to view IE 8 and 9 and fix any issues there also. Also, you'll need to check safari, chrome, and firefox last 3 versions and correct any issues there. So far I've viewed no issues in the chrome and later firefox I'm using. Nonetheless these will need to be tested. Next, I will need you to CODE (not design) a simple Facebook fan page. I have the PSD, you'll need to convert it to html with links and embed a you tube video on it. Also You'll need to implement a gateway on it which means the user sees a different second page AFTER they hit LIKE on the page. You'll need to code the second page also psd to html. If you don't know how to code and work with facebook gateways DON'T APPLY! Also VERY IMPORTANT YOu MUST Be able to work with me NOW! Tonight on SKype in real-time to get all this done!
