Clone 3 java script web pages and re-design

Clone 3 java script web pages and re-design. I am looking for someone to clone the 3 following WebPages: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The pages have other java script pages included into the file/page. I want the three pages cloned but with all the script on the same page(no include files). I want the scripts clearly commented so I can edit the links and images in the files/pages.
