HTML Mobile app with PhoneGap Framework

The projects consist of building some mobile app using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5 and PhoneGap. PhoneGap framework enable HTML5 programs to run in most mobile OS (Android, iOS,?). The project is divided in different phases, in the first phase; we need a mobile app with just three functionalities.
