Hello, I need to create Azure App to upload/download/replace/remove the files, when upload the files, need to setup N-number of meta data as a keyword stored it on blob [login to view URL] on the search keyword need to retrieve the files and list it out. I have 2+ years of experience in Azure cloud. But I have developed Java web application and created api to upload and download files in file storage. If you want to develop Java app I can do bit for you. If you don't find any person please contact me I will do it .Net too. I don't have visual studio license so I could not develop in .Net.
