Improve a Javascript aplication

Descriere proiect I made an application that use the camera of the laptop/phone to make a LIVE snapshot using html 5 canvas and JavaScript. Your task will be to create in the existing code a tool that will allow a measurement to be taken on the image as compared to a standard reference (ruler) that the user will hold in the frame of the image. The measurements and calibration will be performed by the user, using the tool. Attached you can see a Flash utility to see the desired result. If you can't make it and show it to me please don't bid because I will need a working sample before I offer you the project. Buget 50$. Thanks.
