JQuery & Bootstrap client side search results page with filters and pagination

I'm looking to have someone to create me JQuery & Bootstrap client side search results page with filters and pagination. The page will work very very similar to this page.

When the page you create loads, it should show a loading image like in the link above (I will give you that image). That image should be displayed until the first results start to arrive to the page. Those results, the hotels, will come from a link I give you, and the results will be in JSON and contain everything you need (including all of the search results, filters).
All of the filters and pagination will happen on your page. When they click a filter the page should filter them out client side. You will have the full result set, and all info, so you will never have to call the server again. One call only. Some of the filters will be dynamic (for example prices and amenities). Those will also be in the first JSON call.
I will give you the URL to get the JSON from, along with the parameters to use. I will give you the HTML to use for the look and feel. Please use only that HTML. All filters should happen onClick and not require the user to click a button to trigger.
