Create a Joomla social media site

I need a Joomla social networking site built. For this first phase of my project I require a basic site built using jomsocial extension that work on mobile. Site has to be built on a solid platform. It important for the site to have a simple registration process that works on all platform. I have had this work done in the past and have been left with a site riddled with bugs that I keep paying to get fixed. I am looking for someone who actually know what they are doing and most important someone who is not too cocky or has several projects on the go. this is a basic project as I don't require any add on at this stage, those will come after part of the project is complete.
