Delphi 2010/Firebird Pop3 email project - simple

I need some D2010/Firebird/Fibplus compatible code (exe and source code) to be included into an existing project. I need a small utlilty that does the following: - Sit in system tray - Every x minutes connect to a pop3 email account and download all messages from there - Then parse the message for circa 20 standard fields (all emails follow the same format, they come from a contact form on a website) - For each email create a new record in a table of the FDB and write the field values into that record, save the attached file into a BLOB field of the table - Leave the email on the server The budget is 40 USD, and that amount is fixed. I have more projects if this goes well and need a few freelancers to work with me long term. Will prefer bidders who can send a working demo. Thanks
