Date Mining - Leads

Need a resource for data mining The model I am looking to work with you is like this: I will provide you some links for business leads / news for IT industry in US and Canada. Your resource will have to look into the news in detail and find the people who might be relevant for us (based on the criteria that I will provide). You will research about the people / company in the news and put all the relevant info about these people in the report format provided by me. You have to be smart enough to capture the news and relevant people from the news whom you will target and do a detailed research on them. Please let me know if you can work for me on this model. Also let me know the how much this will cost on hourly/ weekly basis.
