I am looking for someone to generate leads for me. These leads need to be for home owners in Florida that are looking to sell there houses fast (motivated sellers) due to: , They are behind with their mortgage payments, They are facing foreclosure. They are already in foreclosure and are facing eviction from there home (repossession) They have been left the house in a will etc, The house needs repairs. Moving because of a new job, Found another house they want to buy, Divorce. etc... Bottom line they are in a hurry to sell their property and would therefore sell at a discount. Once you have generated these leads I will approach the lead and offer to purchase their property. I would also offer them the choice to rent the property back off me once I have bought it. If this is their family home and they are behind with their payments, this allows them to clear their debt and keep their home.
