I am looking for someone who has carried out campaigns within the finance/technology sector. You will be making contact with heads of trading departments and C-level executives of energy trading firms, energy utilities and hedge funds in Switzerland. Skills and Characteristics • Native English speaker • A self-motivated, tenacious approach and quick learner • A self-starter with ability to use own initiative, resourceful and resilient • Minimum 3 years telesales/lead generation • Professional telephone manner essential • Has the ability to start a conversation with someone they have never met • A natural interest in building relationships over the phone • Focus on being personable, rather than adopting a 'hard sell' approach • Previous experience in finance/technology lead generation advantageous • Previous experience in recruiting for the finance sector is highly appreciated • An ability to identify new opportunities and prospects within other companies • To accurately complete all customer details & sales information to the required standard Basic Requirements • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail • Own CRM system • Strong communication skills • Be proven to exceed targets Duties • Nurture new leads • Innovate and influence the development of the customer proposition • Self-generate sales leads • Lead qualification • Accurately update / maintain records and generated leads in a professional and timely manner • Maintain knowledge of Virtual PA services • Takes full accountability for performance and development
