Responsibilities:

Inbound – Contact, qualify and manage prospective customers

Outbound - Effectively research and prospect qualified opportunities, identify key player and generate interest. You can expect to make a minimum of 60 - 80 outbound cold calls per day

Write effective sales proposals.

Maintain a solid understanding of our software solutions, competitors and industry trends.

Acting as the first point of contact for all new and existing sales enquires

Promoting the features and benefits of our products to potential clients

Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.

Creating and updating client information in the CRM

Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales management

Proactively and promptly process all leads to with the appropriate disposition.

Must be able to make 50-80 calls per/day, with additional touch points by email, and deliver consistently against quota, despite imperfect systems and processes. We value a willing attitude and team-oriented mentality.

Initiate relationships and develop rapport with prospects by anticipating needs and understanding unique customer environment.

Qualify new business opportunities and set up web meetings for demonstration.

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

1 to 3 years experience in a relevant sales role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves:

Are you bilingual? Awesome...that’s a plus for us!

Experience with Pipedrive, [url removed, login to view] or any other major CRM

Experience with Excel and PowerPoint (Google Apps and Keynote are great as well!)
