Adding basic 3D chat to dating site

We are intending to add 3D chat to our website. We already have the 3D chat coding, but are unsure if it is going to work with our server. We are going to ask the coder who is going to work on the project to evaluate it. If the coding is found to be compatible with our server specifications, then we are going to require some avatar and avatar environment editing. We intend to use this feature as an exclusive feature for some of our members. We will be introducing this as an exclusive alternative form of communication. It will be an experimental service that we will continue providing or drop it altogether depending on the acceptance by our members. For this reason, we are not looking to invest a lot of resource funds on this project due to the lack of uncertainty on its use. Hence, we do not expect something fancy like Second Life. If the event that the 3D chat coding that we possess is not compatible with our server, then we will ask the coder to create the coding for us and depending on the cost, we will proceed or not with the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We have the following with our hosting provider: Linux, PHP version 5.0, and MySQL.
