centos kernel issue

i get a VPS, installed with centos 6.2 but when i start to check lsmod, it shows nothing. i also can't load any new modules, cause /proc/modules this file is empty. any one know how do i modprobe new module?

Hi, if you are using VM inside openVZ you can't load module, you need to ask your hosting company to do it.
