cPanel do not support Ubuntu, you need to switch the os to one of the os they support. let discuss more via private message, thanks.

Ubuntu is not on supported OS list, so cPanel can't be installed on ubuntu. https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Installation+Guide+-+System+Requirements I would be glad to help you configure cPanel on a different OS.

Hello, I can install cPanel/whm but not on Ubuntu because it's not possible to install it on Ubuntu, you will need either centos or redhat to install cPanel. Thank you

I would be glad to help you installing cPanel on your server. If you dont know cpanel can be installed only on the following operating systems: RedHat Enterprise Linux, Cloud Linux and CentOS. It is not possible to install Cpanel on Ubuntu however I can discuss your options with you, depending on your reasoning for using ubuntu we may be able to work around it by installing a Red Hat distribution in a virtual machine.
