Setting up a Gateway to route local devices through different IPs, via socks proxy or vpn

Scenario: I have several devices in my local network where i have no possibility to configure proxysettings or vpn and I want them to appear with different ips to the outside world.

Idea is to create a gateway, which routes the traffic from the local devices through remotely hosted socks proxies/vpn ( both already exist), based on their local ip address.

something like:

IP [login to view URL] - redirect through proxy a

IP [login to view URL] - redirect through proxy b

IP [login to view URL] - redirect through proxy c
