I need a custom logo for my new site:

I would like it to be about the same size as the current default logo. I would also like to replace the default free shipping logo with one that matches the company logo, but I need it to say:

Free Shipping

on orders over $100

I will also be needing category banners in the future and if I really like the logo, I would like to use the same designer for this also.
