Count new documents in a view

I want to make a dashboard at our office / warehouse with some kpi data e.g.
[url removed, login to view]
On this dasboard it must show some data about: total new orders today, total new online orders today, orders ready for pick up today
This data can be found in our lotus notes databases
So i need a script that counts number of new documents in a view for today
So at 0.01 it should be zero when new documents have been added it should start counting till 23.59.
Another script should count sum of amounts of each new document.
Scripts should run when new documents have been added or every 5 or 10 minutes
Output: should be a .csv file wich should be stored locally in my dropbox, overwrite previous document (e.g. c:\dropbox\[url removed, login to view]) from my dropbox I connect it with the dasboard
