Multi Language Magento Store - Security Update and Script Writing

I have a multi language Magento shop (English and Chinese version). This project involves two main parts:
1) Install the latest security patch 8788 properly. For unknown reason, installing the patch creates error so some pages cannot load.
2) Do onpage SEO for the English and Chinese sites including the following:
a) Write scripts to add meta description and meta keywords to all configurable product pages (Chinese description for Chinese site).
b) Set up different URLs for the Chinese and English version of category page, product page, and content page. For example, the URL should be [login to view URL](page_title), [login to view URL](product_name) for English site and
[login to view URL](chinese_page_title), [login to view URL](chinese_product_name) for Chinese site.
c) Add hreflang tag to my site
d) Check the setting in Magento configuration to make sure it is SEO friendly
e) Set up disallow to block search engines from crawling the add-on domains / subdomains in my hosting account / server.
