I require a formulation chemist to help manufacture a paint removal product to turn long life, thermoplastic paint very brittle without ruining asphalt or concrete surface that the paint is on. This paint tends to get brittle over the course of its lifetime but I require something to speed up that process. I will provide samples and data sheets on the paint properties. The product will need to be formulated with the environment and safety in mind.
