Hi, I have gone through the project details both the 3D file as well and the BOM in excel and we think that we can do it. However your budget of USD400 is way too low and even 3D printed parts made of plastic cannot be accomodated in that price let alone aluminum/steel parts. Therefore kindly reconsider your budget. Following is my profile.
Hi,
I am a mechanical engineer with a dedicated team of mechanical, electronics hardware and software engineers with 9 international papers and 5 patents.
We specialize in custom industrial and commercial machine/product design, development & fabrication. We do design using tools like Autodesk Inventor, Eagle, etc and simulations of design using various softwares like Ansys Fluent, explicit dynamics, Matlab, Simulink, EES, Pspice, etc.
In past we have designed complete products like variable stability aircraft (changes its geometry while flying- having more than 800 custom designed parts), glider based payload delivery system/mechanism, desktop coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc to name a few with microcontroller based sensors and controllers.
We also have inhouse prototyping and manufacturing facility including 3D printing i.e. SLA and SLS in 3 different polymers, vacuum casting for a range of polymers and aluminum, CNC milling and turning, etc. PCB printing, hardware assembly, product integration & testing is also available.
Best regards
