I have completed a CELTA from the British Council and a Train-the-Trainer from Dale Carnegie. Over the last few years, I have enjoyed imparting training to groups of people from different nationalities, ages and educational standards, both within aviation and a retail environment. I consider myself to have good organisational skills, to be an effective communicator and the ability to have a good working relationship with people. Having worked in hospitality and customer service for over 20 years and progressing up to management positions, I have evolved into a professional that is meticulous and conscientious about every role I take up. I have also supervised a call centre, managed a restaurant in a bookstore and more recently worked in management positions in retail. I am quick to adapt to a changing environment and truly believe that I would be able to perform well in this role as I am very passionate about hospitality and would enjoy training any aspect of it. Having worked for both European and American brands like Estee Lauder, Marks & Spencers and Victoria's secret, I believe I'm an ideal candidate for this role as I carried out retail training for all 3 brands whilst being employed with them. I'm based in Bahrain in the middle east and truly feel that if given the opportunity I would bring added value to your project.
