Hello,
I'm specialized in Fortran programming and old Fortran code conversion to other languages like Matlab. I prefer a fixed price per project, this is why I bid $250 per 1 hour for a total of one hour. The entire process (translation + check for errors) should normally take a few hours, something like 5 - 8 hours of work.
Converting Fortran to Matlab involves 2 steps:
1. Copy the Fortran code to a text file and test the code to make sure it runs. This is extremely important!
2. Translate the Fortran code piece by piece to Matlab and compare the results (by running) of every piece of code with the Fortran equivalent. This is the only way to ensure a 100% correct translation.
Question: What is with all the "erased" black lines from the code ? Do you want these lines or subroutines skipped from translation ?
Thanks and let me know if you are interested to work with me,
Paul
