Hi,
I want to do classification using "[login to view URL]", i find this program and i don't know if it's rigth or not, i need some help for a professionnal person, someone who are already work with this method to do classification :
Here is the Program :
% for trainig part
obj1 = [login to view URL](train_data1,8);
obj2 = [login to view URL](train_data2,8);
train_data1 and train_data2 are my data group. train_data1 labelled with 1 and the train_data2 labelled with 2.
I am trying to fit 2 mvn. I hope up to this point it is OK.
Then,
% for classification part
aaa = pdf(obj1,unknown_data);
bbb = pdf(obj2,unknown_data);
if aaa > bbb;
disp('unkown data belongs to first group');
else
disp('unkown data belongs to second group');
end
for this part, when a unkown data vector is gotten, It will evaluate and find the P(obj1|unknown_data) and P(obj2|unknown_data). And which one is greater, then it says that unkown data belongs to that distribution.
Thanks
I'm working as a researcher, and in my past projects I've worked with statistics, machine learning, computer vision and estimation theory.
I have just implemented an example to show you how the fitting works. Along with figures for visual aid.
I will be glad to help you,
The reason I have no feedback in my profile is that this is my first week in freelancer.com and I want to start with small projects first to gather some feedback.
