I am an Aeronautical Engineer with a sound experience in Aerodynamics and Matlab programming. I propose to use XFLR5 for Airfoil Analysis (it is based in the famous XFoil soft developed by Mark Drela at MIT). I have used it and compared results with wind our tunnel results, proving its reliability. For analyzing the boundary layer, this software uses several different reliable methods, in case you want to use any other in particular you can. I will warite everything down in a technical report, in order to register everything that is obtained and how it is done. You may think my offer its a bit low, but it is just because I am new at Freelancer and I need some positive opinions, but you can be sure my job will be professionally made.
