Develop a fuzzy forecasting system using Matlab Toolbox. The system performs a forecasting task for power marketing price. The data used in this assignment is from the real world (Queensland, Australia), and it has been split up into two parts, i.e., a training dataset which will be used to build your fuzzy forecasting system, and a testing dataset which will be used to evaluate your system performance in terms of generalization capability.

Hello Currently involved in machine learning research at IIT Bombay. Senior CS undergrad. Have done multiple courses on machine learning and artificial intelligence in my previous semesters. I have implemented similar projects and am 100% sure I can do it to your satisfaction. Here is what i propose to do if you give me the project A. Fuzzification of Input Variables - including day/night and seasons which all affect power consumption B. Modelling of the process as a Fuzzy Time Series(FTS) and its solution C. Optimization - Using PSO or Genetic Algorithm - to select the best parameters for fuzzification. Of course, if you have any own ideas or resources, I can implement them as well.
