Project for EndTechnologies

I need a detailed documentation of our last project, concerning the 2 exercises in Digital Sp. Recognition. Apart from explanation of code used on each exercise, I need the "way of thinking" for each exercise. Over Simplified Example of what is needed. Let's say the task is to find the average of 3 numbers. What I expect is a document saying: "To find the average of n numbers, we must divide their sum with their count. We calculate their sum with the following part of code 'sum = x1 + x2 + x3' and their count with the following part of code etc etc etc..." Expected result is 1 document for each exercise of our last project. This means 2 documents, expected as end result.
