I am American and a native English speaker. I live abroad (semi-retired). I worked in health care as a nurse and a nurses aide prior to that (1979-1995), so I understand your business. You do not supply much information about your expectations so I have to ask about what you expect. Is this a one time design job? Creating a template for your newsletter or is it writing content for you on a monthly basis? I have all the professional software tools (acrobat pro etc.) needed to design a newsletter and have designed templates for others. (Most current being the training materials for a medical equipment company) I can share this work with you. Or is the job about creating a newsletter on a monthly basis for you. I could do that for $30 a month also. I would need more information about the content you want. Holiday Greetings, New employee welcomes and good-byes, Tips on home care and health issues, short articles on the importance of taking care of yourself while taking care of others. etc. I have been back to the US for my mother several times in the last few years. She was taking care of her difficult husband, then went into heart failure herself after he passed. She needed home care for a while. Now we have moved her to a small home next to my sisters home and she is much better.
