Automated trading system based on indicators and chart trendlines based on the Alpha Blade Book \"Forex Made Simple: The ultimate Trading System\"

I'm looking for a Metatrader (MT4) developer that can deliver an automated trading system based on the system described on the eBook "Forex made simple: the ultimate trend system" by Alpha Blade (it's available from amazon) and should be able to perform all the time on any Forex pair chart that we drag the script to. We would pay for the eBook so that the developer knows what the system should do (it's about 20 pages long). The system works more or less like this. A pipe pases from above 3 exponential moving averages indicators to inside the range of this three indicators and the next pipe goes up the price. The stochastic indicator is lower than 60 The MACD indicator is equal or higher than cero If all of this conditions are true then perform a buy and take profit at 10 pips. Conditions for sell are similar, just that the pipes have to pass from below the EMA (estimated moving average) to the range of the EMA and the following bar should be a lower pipe. The stochastic indicator is higher than 60. The MACD indicator is equal or below cero. If all this conditions are true, perform a sell and take profit at 10 pips. The script must be able to always be runing in order for it to know when to perform the buy/sell and when to take the profit and must be able to work on 5, 15 and 30 timeframes, so that trading can carry on just by having MT4 running at any time of the day.
