Multiple tables, Client table contains name. address, phone #. Primary key will be the client's 9 digit Social Insurance number. Debt table contains the 9 digit Social Insurance number, tax year (the income tax year in which the debt stems from), the date of the debt, original amount of the debt. Payment table contains 9 digit Social Insurance number, payment date, payment amount. Interest table contains 9 digit Social Insurance number, interest rate (5% per year compounded daily) with an option to turn off interest and enter a dollar amount. Need a form to bring all the table together, Client info, all debts linked to that client, balance of all debts with interest, and a field to enter a payment amount. When a payment amount is entered, it will allocate it to the individual accounts linked to that client, oldest to the newest, updating the balance.
