I need a Mobile App to offer offline usage of the content of my Mediawiki website:

App should be HTML5 and target mostly Android and IOS.
I will need:
* all the source code to publish myself the App in the Android and Apple market/store.
* the chance to easily alter the aspect of the App trough CSS.
* All graphics should be adaptable to both phones and tablets.
APP should offer:
* complete navigation of the content of the website, respecting the internal hyperlinks.
* a hierarchical navigation of the Table of Contents.
* a search engine, possibly real Fulltext.
The content is in Spanish language.
You don't need to understand but respect the Table Of Content of the Home Page and the recursive levels.
Only the part included in "Acupuntura" should stay into the App, not the part of "Naturopatía". I can temporary alter the website to allow that.
