Android App development , placing graphics on existing app

The client has a Bluetooth RFID scanner that talks to an existing basic Android application. I need a developer to place my graphic on top of this app so it displays the data coming from the RFID reader in a easy way to use for their customers. This is a Beta project as said based on an existing application to show how it will work to investors and clients. Then a much larger and built from scratch Android solution talking to a big back end will be next step after this and the one I choose will be on board on that as well. Its a set fixed budget that is not flexible. I will give access to the ones I feel like working with so you can see and open it before accepting the budget. I will create and deliver all graphics to you according to your specifications. Its also a short deadline as it need to be done by October 1st. As the application is ready and already talking to the reader it is a straight forward project.
