This app is essentially the following:
1. User Regsiters using email or social network
2. User completes various offers using offerwalls (SuperSonic Ads, Everbadge etc)
3. When user completes offer advertiser posts to postback script that updates users points
4. User can see his stats and points and when they reach 100 points they can request a paypal payment
5. App notifies admin to send money
Simple as that not rocket science.
