i can get all app from phone which can open pdf and let the user select which one he want to use . it will more user friendly if user select his own interface .

Hi , Firstly , I just finish my profile on freelancer , so this project is the first one l review ^^ . So, I Know the problem with PDF files on android OS . There're some libraries most of them are not free , but we have MuPdf . Also i think you don't want that . You need it just view the pdf files so the budget will be nice . It can be done so that PDF is opened with system default PDF viewer. If default is not set user is presented with lost of apps that can open PDF.
