Android Small app. Auto answer call and Play message

I need a small application for my android phone. So when my new employees call me , they first listen to the message that is recorded by me. they listen the complete voice message and then choose option 1 to repeat the whole message or option 2 to talk to me or just hangup. The call should be answered automatically after 5 seconds and message will be played automatically. I should get the source code of this app so i can test and check if it is free of virus and other issues. The benefit of this app is that i don't need to answer all calls as it is frustrating sometimes, i only answer those calls when some one really needs to talk to me after listening to the complete message by pressing option 2. My phone will only ring when someone press option 2 (when this app is Active) .
