Android app for existing iPhone app

We would like to build an Arabic Android version of our iPhone app which is a reference app for restaurants with the following features:
• Restaurants categories
• Restaurants list under each category
• Details of each restaurant such as name, logo, site, branches
• Details of each branch such as opening hours, phone number, GPS location with google maps support
• Connecting with a review site API (xml) to get the review information
• A favorite section which allow users to add favorite restaurants
• A search section which returns the search results details
• Near me section which shows the restaurants that are close to the current GPS location of the user within 1km, 3km and 5km radios
• Setting section which provide several sections such as:
o app version number
o new restaurants list
o update the app restaurants database (provided with xml file in our site)
o Tell a friend about the app (email, Twitter, Facebook, SMS)
o Contact us
o About us
• The app should support 2 kind of advertisement:
o One full screen pop-up after launching the app
o One banner at the top of the first page of the app
o The ads should be linked to our app to be changed from there
o From the site itself we can control the action of clicking the ad
• Other notes:
o The app must be exactly like the iPhone app
o The app in Arabic so it should be right text aligned
o Database structure will be provided to match the iPhone app
o The app should support push notification
o The app should support most popular screen sizes
o The design will be provided by us
