Android classes for video capture/display

We need to two classes for an android app:

Class 1:

Given an image or raw image data, it displays the image data in a full screen OpenGL texture map (covering the entire screen). Also, there should be an API to provide another image/raw data at runtime to change the texture map and display the new image instead. The idea is to use this for continuous video frame display. So this class should also be efficient.

Class 2:

Captures video from the camera of the phone and displays in a live view on the screen. This live view should be resizable at runtime to whatever size is needed. Also, there should be a simple button on the screen, which when pressed, changes the live view to switch between showing from the back camera or the front camera (if the front camera is present).

Please ask if you have questions or need clarifications.
