This can be a recurring project if satisfied with results.

I am looking for a freelancer skilled in driving android downloads, geo-targeted unique ips/EMEIs, and devices. Can be various countries but especially Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Japan etc.

You must be able to support a tracking link I will use to validate downloads per targeted region and authentic downloads.

To start we need 5000 downloads and app opens in a drip campaign over a month.
