Bluetooth broadcast Android Application Development

I need a simple bluetooth push broadcast app that will broadcast my contact details to any users using the same app without requiring pairing or any other actions. The app should allow me to either scan my business card and use the details along with an image of my visiting card or choose a contact from my contacts to broadcast along with my profile pic. The receiver should have an option to save or delete the received contacts. I am open to incorporating other communication mediums such as NFC, wifi, etc.
