I've 5+ yrs of Android application development exposure and around 10+ yrs of exposure. As I understand the probelm - In particular radius (let set 1KM), I want to search (as a customer) restaurant (by tag line), so I can search with tag line, as a business owner, I can set my restaurant tag so with geo location, so that any one can search it.
