Need an APP there loads a web page, so a frame there

will load some PHP URL (which we our self will prepare) which makes also the full content of the APP it should also have some online updater so if the APP finds out that there is newer version it will download it automatically and install...

So this is just roughly what it should do and I can take it more detailed later with the guy who will work on it.
