HOW WE WORK __________________________________ Jiffy has two great processes that will fit with anyone's style of project management. Informal Time and Materials - This process is for those who are a little more experienced in the development cycle. We typically use this process when we have client's that are themselves developers, development houses, or are outsourcing the project to us. We we use the informal process, you provide us with all the documentation and wireframes, we provide you an estimate, and do the work based on an hourly time and materials basis for however long it takes to complete the project. Formal Process - If you're not quite sure about the technical "stuff" and you just have a great app idea, you're who we wanna work with. Folks who have great ideas, but need help getting them to the app stores, is our specialty. When you don't have a formal project plan and wireframes, our first step is to create your plan and mockups, and then to proceed through our Standard Process. Following the completion of the UR document, we commit to a firm cost that we won't exceed*. We will continue development in our Standard Process after this or you can take the plan and wireframes away and have another developer work on your job, or wait until the right time (or budget) allows for the development. Our standard process is the same for everyone we work with. Evaluation and Recommendations - We tell you how to make your app better.
