Bar code scanning for hand held computer

This project is about scanning bar codes and taking related photos with a hand held computer (like the Motorola MT2090) and guiding the user through the process based on known information. This should be done using MCL-Collection software if it will do the job (which has a demo license and a software emulator for the hand held computer), otherwise a flavor of C under Windows CE. The logic for this has been largely worked out and pseudo-coded.
